Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Our dates are food products, packed and sealed at origin. For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot take an order back once it has been delivered, and we cannot exchange it for something else.

Before you order

Please check the variety, pack size, quantity and delivery address before you place your order. Each product page describes the variety, and we call or WhatsApp you to confirm every order before it ships.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel an order before it ships: tell us when we call or message you to confirm it, or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled.

When your order arrives

You pay the rider in cash when the order arrives (Cash on Delivery). Please look over the parcel at the door. If something seems wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp straight away with clear photos and your order number. We will look into every report, but because all sales are final we do not return, exchange or refund an order once it has been delivered.

Late or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time we gave you (2–4 days nationwide), message us on WhatsApp or email orders@saudidates.pk with your order number and we will check on it.
