Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Saudi Dates PK (“we”, “us”) collects when you use saudidates.pk or order from us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are an online seller of Saudi dates, delivering in Lahore and across Pakistan. You can reach us at orders@saudidates.pk.

What we collect

Order details you give us at checkout: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (street, city and postcode), any notes you add to the order, and the items you order.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, including photos you send about an order.
Technical information that comes with every visit to a website, such as your IP address and your browser and device type, which our hosting provider keeps in routine server logs.

We do not collect card or bank details. At the moment we accept Cash on Delivery only. If we add online payments, they will be handled by the payment provider and we will update this policy.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, including calling or messaging you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and your address before it ships.
To send you emails about your order, such as its confirmation and status.
To answer your questions and deal with problems.
To keep the records we need for accounting, tax and the law.
To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

Delivery partners. Courier companies receive your name, phone number, delivery address and the amount to collect, so they can deliver your order.
Our hosting and email providers. This website and our order emails run on Hostinger, which stores the data on servers outside Pakistan.
WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes those messages under its own privacy policy.
Google Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google, which means your IP address is sent to Google when you visit.
Authorities. We may disclose information if the law requires us to.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the website needs to work, such as the one that remembers what is in your cart and keeps your checkout going. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses HTTPS, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to run the store. No system is completely secure, but we take care to protect what you give us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing orders@saudidates.pk. We may have to keep some order records to meet our accounting and legal duties. If you have agreed to receive marketing messages, you can withdraw that agreement at any time.

Children

Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date below.
